Ingredients to make vegan potato cake:
1. First prepare the mass of the vegan salty cake: in a bowl mix the flour, yeast and salt. Make a volcano with the flour with a hole in the center and pour the water inside. Mix with your hand and when you get a dense dough you knead a little. Make a ball and put it in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let stand in the fridge while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the potato puree. Peel the potatoes and hyérvelas in plenty of water. When they are soft and drain them. Machaca the potatoes with a pisapurés along with the margarine until the puree was obtained. 3. Cut the eggplant, zucchini, carrot, leek and sliced tomato. Heat a pan with a little oil and pass the vegetables through the iron.
