Ingredients to make vegan gratin broccoli:
1 kilogram of broccoli
2 onions
2 tablespoons of flour (integral or normal)
2 glasses of milk (drink) of oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of black pepper
1 handful of cheese vegan
1 handful of raw almonds peeled
1 jet of extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients to make vegan gratin broccoli:

1. Place a pot with quite water and a pinch of salt and take it to boil over covered high heat. When the water boils, the whole broccoli or handy broccoli cooks (as you prefer) until the dent is (not very soft, because then it will be done in the oven). Once cooked, let it drain well and reserve.



Trick: The more hand in hand, the vegan broccoli is, the less it will take to cook.





2. Prepare the vegan bechamel meanwhile, picing the onions very well. Put a splash of oil in a pan and start to poach them until they brown a little.



Trick: If sprinkling a pinch of salt, the onion will take less to poach.





3. Add the tablespoons of flour and refuse it well along with the onion with a wooden spatula or spoon so that it is not raw.

4. Add oat milk gradually stirring without stopping with the same spatula or with manual rods so that lumps do not form until the Brocoli bechamel in the vegan oven thickens. Add more or less liquid according to the texture you want in the sauce. Then add a pinch of salt, nutmeg and ground black pepper to taste and keep cooking it for about 5 more minutes while stirring.



Trick: You can use any other type of vegetable milk to make this broccoli with vegan bechamel but if you use rice drink, it will give you a sweeter taste.





5. Press the oven at 200-220 ºC with heat only above (or grill function) and pica or crush the almonds peeled manually or with an electric chopper.

6. Place the cooked vegetable in a suitable fountain or tray, pour the bechamel on top, sprinkle a handful of special vegan cheese to melt/gratin and another of chopped almonds, and put the broccoli for vegan baked.

7. Bake the broccoli with vegan Bechamel about 10 minutes or until the vegan cheese and ground almonds have gratin, but always watching so that the preparation is not burned.



Trick: You can use instead of vegan cheese or chopped almedas, a little grated smoked tofu.
