Valencian ratist with Thermomix

The ratatus is a vegetable and tuna preparation that is usually served as garrison. This traditional dish of Spanish gastronomy varies in ingredients depending on seasonal crops. Ingredients to do Valencian pista with Thermomix:

1. To start doing the Valencian ratist we must prepare some of the ingredients. First peel and cut the garlic, chop the pepper, itch the eggs in small pieces and drain the crushed and tuna tomato cans.

2. Now, with the Thermomix in progress, add the oil and heat for about 3 minutes in varoma temperature. Then, add the garlic, the pinions and program again for 3 minutes with varoma temperature but with speed 1.

3. The Valencian ratatus continues to prepare and add the pepper along with a little salt and pepper and mixture programming for 5 minutes in spoon speed with 100º temperature. After these minutes, add the tomato, season with salt and sugar in equal parts and program for 14 minutes, again at spoon speed and 100º.

4. Finally incorporates the tuna cans together with the eggs and mix everything in spoon speed but without temperature for a few seconds and so you will have finished preparing this delicious recipe with Thermomix.

5. Remember that the Valencian ratist can eat both cold and hot. If you like cold you can eat it with toasted bread, otherwise serve it as a garnish next to a baked lubina with potatoes.
