4 tablespoons of extra virgin

Ingredients to make tomatoes stuffed with prawns and gluttars:

1. We start the recipe for stuffed shrimp and glulty tomatoes cutting the top of the tomatoes, then we empty them carefully not to break them and put them face down so that they release the maximum of the inner juice.

2. Then we boil the eggs and once cold we peel them.

3. We boil the prawns in a pot with salt water and the bay leaf. If they are frozen, they can also be boiled directly without defrosting them. Once the water boils again after putting the prawns, they leave between 3 and 4 minutes, then they are removed and allowed to cool.

4. We chop the green pepper and the scallion in small dice, then they are put in a source and the rest of the ingredients are added: the peeled and chopped prawns, the hard eggs to pieces and the glasses.

5. Next, we season with salt, add the paprika, olive oil and mix all the ingredients of the tomatoes stuffed with shrimp and gulas well.

6. Fill the tomatoes with the previous mixture and to finish, wash and cut the lettuce in julienne and plaster by placing a tomato stuffed with prawns and glulters above the lettuce.
