Ingredients

– 250 grams of vegetables such as: potatoes, carrots, beans and peas

– 100 grams of frozen prawns

– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

– 2 teaspoons of mustard

– 1 pinch of salt and pepper

– 1 egg

– Green olive



Preparation

– Kitchen vegetables in boiling or steamed water with a little salt. You can also wear frozen vegetables if you want to make the salad faster. Drain and reserve to cool.

– Cook the prawns in a hot pan without oil. You can use frozen or fresh prawns. When golden brown, it separates and reserves.

Ingredients

– 1 kilogram of chicken wings

Preparation

– Pour a jet of olive oil on the tray and cook the wings for 25 minutes.

– After the first 25 minutes, open the oven, spray the potatoes and chicken with the dressing and put back in the oven until the wings are completely brown.

– Take out and serve immediately.







Potato jacket salad

Ingredients

– 4 Princess Amandine Potatoes

– 1 white onion

– 1 tomato

– 1 handful of vegetables (carrot and peas)

– 2 eggs

– 4 turkey ham slices

– 1 pinch of salt

– 1 pinch of pepper

– mayonnaise to taste



Preparation

– Wash and peel the potatoes, cook them in boiling water until they soften.

– Cover the eggs for 12 minutes, remove the shell when they cool and cut them into pieces. Booking.
