Ingredients to make stuffed celery:
1. Wash the celery well. Then, cut the widest part of the celery branches into pieces of approximately 3 centimeters. Chop the bacon and fry it until it brown.
2. Integrate the cream cheese, chopped fried bacon, roasted pepper and chopped parsley into a bowl or container.
3. Season to taste and mix the previous ingredients well. Place the filling in the celery basins with a spoon and very careful to prevent it from getting out.
4. Leave the stuffed celery in the refrigerator for 5 minutes so that all the ingredients are integrated. Serve accompanied by other entrants, such as octopus carpaccio or sauteed prawns.
