Ingredients to make steamed eggplants:
1. The first thing we have to do to prepare these steamed eggplants is to fill a large pot of water up to a quarter of its capacity, bring to a boil, cover and let it boil. Put the eggplants in a steamed basket above the water. You have to make sure that it does not touch the base of the container. Steamed for 30 minutes, turning the eggplants once during cooking.
