Ingredients to make steamed broccoli with potatoes:
1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare steam broccoli with potatoes.
2. If you do not have a steamer, as is my case, you can steamed in a simple way. To do this, put a pot with a little water (approximately 1 or 2 fingers) over high heat. Place a strainer on top and, on the strainer, put the ingredients you want to steamed. In our case, we put the broccoli cut into trees and, once you start climbing the steam, cover with a cover and let cook for 7-8 minutes.
3. On the other hand, we peel and cut the potatoes in not very large pieces. Cook the potatoes in plenty of water with a little salt for approximately 9 minutes (depending on the size it will take longer). Once cooked, drain and reserve.
4. We prepare a steamed broccoli with cooked potatoes. To do this, we mix, 2 parts of olive oil with a part of vinegar, a pinch of salt, ground pepper to taste and minced fresh basil. If you don have basil you can also put some oregano or any aromatic herb that you want.
