Spicy vinaigrette vegetable recipe

Ingredients to make vegetables to spicy vinaigrette:

1. To make vegetables to vinaigrette, all vegetables are washed and disinfected. Apart, cook the nopales with the teaspoon of bicarbonate for 5 minutes. We take out and put to drain. Reserve.

4. We remove the onion and in that same saucepan we add the carrot. We fry between three and five minutes with the covered pan so that they do not lose moisture and prevent it from changing color.





5. Once the time has elapsed we uncover the carrots, add the onion, the chiles, the nopales and finally the cauliflower. We empty the vinegar, mix with care, cover and let it boil between two and three minutes for vegetables to be well permeated by vinegar.





6. After time we add spices and water. It is important that the water we add is about to boil so as not to cut cooking and prevent vegetables from getting more.





7. Let cook for three minutes and let the stove to cool naturally. It is advisable to keep vegetables to spicy vinaigrette in the refrigerator so that they last for longer.
