2. While the onion is made we peel the potatoes and cut them into sheets of about 2 or 3 centimeters thick that we add to the same pan and remove from time to time. We cook until they are made but not too soft.

4. In a wide bowl we put the potatoes and the onion drained, add the ham and the eggs and season with salt and pepper to our liking. We mix well.

5. We split the cheese into pieces and add it, mix carefully and pour the potato and onion cake in a mold suitable for the oven.

6. We introduce the potato cake and baked ham preheated at 180 ºC and bake about 35-40 minutes or until our cake is curdled. B the benefit!
