500 grams of cauliflor
6 cloves of garlic
150 grams of serrano ham
1 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make cauliflower with ham:

1. We start starting in branches the cauliflower. We put it on the fire in a pot covered with water and let it boil until it is soft but not excessively made. We drain and reserve.

2. Meanwhile, we peel and leave the garlic in thick sheets and the serrano ham in tacos. In a pan we put a jet of olive oil and when it is hot we add the garlic. We fry them to brown. We take out and reserve.

3. In the oil where we have fried the garlic we put a spoonful of sweet paprika, we sauté care that we do not burn and add the boiled and drained cauliflower.

4. Sale for a few minutes, add the fried garlic and the ham cut into dice, rectify salt and keep the fire of five to 10 more minutes.

5. It only remains to serve cauliflower with ham and enjoy! It can be accompanied with an orange and cheese salad, for example.
