Ingredients to make ripels of ripe banana with bacon:
1. The first step to perform banana rolls is to prealist the ingredients.
2. Peel the bananas and cut them in slices along. Then, carry a pan with enough oil to fry to the fire and, once hot, add banana slits.
3. Remove bananas to a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat from our preparation.
4. Once the banana slices are cold, place a sheet of bacon on top and rolle very carefully, so that the roll is well tight. To ensure that they are not disassembled, each roll goes through with a wooden stick. Then, bake the banana and bacon rolls at 150ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
