Ingredients to make roasted Brussels:
1. We wash the cabbage and remove the upper layers when necessary. We split them in half. We place the cabbage into a bowl and add the olive oil. We mix well.
2. Next, we add the vinegar, honey or syrup and salt and pepper to taste. We mix well.
3. We place the mixture on a vegetable paper lined baking sheet with the inner areas of the cabbages up, and cook the baked brussels already hot at 200 ºC at half-height about 20 minutes until golden and tender .
