1. We gather all the ingredients to make potato and chard pancakes.





2. In a pan with oil we fry the scallion cut into squares.





3. Add the chard cut into small pieces, let cook for a few minutes and reserve.





4. Meanwhile, we cook the peeled potatoes in abundant boiling water until they are tender.





5. Once cooked, drain and crush the potatoes with the help of a fork. We add a little salt and eggs. We mix well.





6. To continue with potato and chard pancakes, we incorporate the grated cheese into potato puree.





7. We mix all the ingredients: the mashed potatoes, cheese and chard with scallions.





8. On baking paper we form pancakes with the dough and put in the oven at 190ºC until the pancakes are gratin.
