1. The first step to be done to make these roasted potatoes in the microwave is to wash them well and cut them in half longitudinally without peeling them. You can also cut them into a maximum of 1 cm thick if you want them smaller, but that is going to taste.
2. Next, with a knife make a few lines on both sides of the split potatoes so that the heat penetrates well into the tuber and cook perfectly. Then place them in a microwave suitable container, alk them with a good stream of oil on all sides and sprinkle a pinch of salt and sweet paprika to taste over.
