This oven potato cake is an ideal dish for your lunches or dinners. Ingredients to puree and vegetable puree:
1. Elaborate the mashed potatoes pearing them and boiling them in a pot with plenty of water. When the potatoes are soft, drain them and crush them with a pisapurés along with the margarine. Add soy milk gradually stirring with the rods until you get a soft and homogeneous puree.

Cook the homemade tomato sauce for 10 minutes stirring at times and add the white beans. Kitchen another 10-15 minutes.
