Pumpkin nugget recipe

These pumpkin nuggets are totally healthy since their main ingredient is pumpkin, a very rich low vegetable in calories and fats. Ingredients to make pumpkin nuggets:
500 grams of pumpkin

â…“ cup of wheat flour
â…“ Cup of breadcrumbs

Ingredients to make pumpkin nuggets:

1. Cuece the pumpkin cut into pieces in water for 10-12 minutes until it is soft.
