Pumpkin foam recipe

Ingredients to make pumpkin foam:
250 grams of peeled pumpkin
250 milliliters of meat broth or chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy lecithin
2 slices of ham
2 slices of bacon

Ingredients to make pumpkin foam:

1. First we will start doing ham and bacon dust. To do this, it fodes a baking tray with paraffin paper and places the slices of both ham and bacon in it.
