Ingredients to make potatoes stuffed with sausages:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the potatoes stuffed with sausages.





2. First, we cut the sliced sausages and cook them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. They can also be skipped in a pan. We reserve.





3. We wash the potatoes, cut them in halves along and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes. We drain the potatoes, we have them in a baking sheet, we put some salt and olive oil on top. We put the potatoes in the oven at 190 ºC for 25-30 minutes.
