2 large potatoes
500 grams of minced meat
2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 egg

Ingredients to make potatoes stuffed with fried minced meat:

1. First we will do the sauce that we will use to make the stuffed potatoes. To do this, we put oil in a pan and when it is hot we incorporate the onion and garlic chopped very small. When a few minutes have passed, add the minced meat, stir and cook until it is done.





2. When the meat is already made, we put a small tablespoon of tomato sauce, throw a little salt and, if we want, also a little pepper. We can already turn off the fire.

3. Now we beat an egg and add it. We leave the sauce ready to beat everything later and we are going to do the potatoes.

4. We peel the potatoes and cut them by the middle in vertical so that they are elongated. With the help of a grater, we are cutting in finite strips. Now, we put enough oil in a pan and we will cook them until they are soft but without frying.





5. We take them out and leave them in cooking paper to dry the excess oil. We crush the flesh and sauce we had done before, and we can already fill the potatoes with it. To do so, we place a little of the mixture in the center of one of the sheets, and repeat until we reach half of the slices.





6. We close the potatoes stuffed with the remaining slices, pass them through beaten egg, flour and put them in hot oil. They can also fry without flour, only with egg.





7. And they are ready to eat! We leave them again on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and tasted these delicious potatoes stuffed with fried minced meat accompanied by a green salad, a little boiled white rice, or what we like the most.
