In our case, pasta is always an extraordinary ally. We love in all its forms, types, with or without egg, fresh homemade pasta …, the truth is that we would not like so much or being Italians. Well, the last time we wanted to get a traditional lasagna, with its flesh, its bechamel for lasagna, it turned out that we had finished the lasagna sheets. And we didn have time to make the fresh pasta recipe. So we looked at what ingredients we could use to replace in this culinary emergency. At the end we decided on a potato lasagna and instead of meat, ham. The result must be said that we loved it. Ingredients to make potato and ham:
1. Before we get down to the potato lasagna, we present the ingredients that we will need.
2. We peel and cut the potatoes into fine sheets, as half a centimeter. These sheets will be the paste of our ham and cheese lasagna.
3. To assemble the dish, we place a first layer of potatoes in a refractory mold, slightly smearing with oil.
4. Next, we place a second layer of york ham and on this, we have the cheese layer to melt. Cooked ham can be replaced by any other sausage, such as branched turkey or even by sliced chicken.
