You will love this classic recipe of potatoes stuffed with meat in its vegan version! For its preparation I have replaced the minced meat by textured soy, an excellent source of healthy plant protein, seasoned with several spices. Ingredients to make potatoes stuffed with vegan soy meat:
1. Count the potatoes in plenty of water until they are soft. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half throughout and make a small cut in the lower part of each half to be able to put the foot potatoes.
