1. We peel the potatoes and cut them into sheets approximately half a centimeter thick. We wash the potatoes well and let them drain.
Trick: The potatoes can be cut with a knife or mandolin so that the pieces are all of the same thickness.
2. On the other hand, we peel the onion and cut it into Juliana, that is, to strips.
