Ingredients to make piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna and bechamel. On this occasion we have replaced the tuna with Melva, but can also be used canned for example.

2. Cook the egg in abundant boiling water for 10 minutes.

3. On the other hand, we prepare the Bechamel sauce so that the piquillo peppers with tuna are tasty: in a pot we heat the olive oil, add the flour, mix well and add the milk until it thickens while still moving. Do not forget to add a little salt and if you like it, ground nutmeg. If you want step -by -step details visit the Bechamel sauce recipe or bechamel sauce without butter.

4. Once cooked, we pass the egg through cold water to make it easier to peel it. We peel it and chop it in small pieces.

5. In a bowl, mix the egg with crumbled tuna.

6. Add a little fried tomato, mix and add two tablespoons of Bechamel sauce. We move well so that all the ingredients of the filling of the piquillo peppers are integrated.

7. We fill the piquillo peppers with the tuna we have prepared. We have to be careful not to break them since they are very delicate.

8. To serve, we put a little more bechamel sauce on piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna and ready to eat! If you look for other ideas to prepare simple and fast snacks, try the smoked salmon rolls with mold bread or crepes of cod with prawns. We hope you like it!
