Ingredients to make pak choy sauteed with sesame, garlic and soy sauce:
1. Cuece the steamed pak choi. Use a steamer or heat abundant amount of water in a pot and when it breaks to boil, place a strainer with the cabbages on top. Kitchen for 5 minutes. When the cooking time passes, cut the cabbage in half throughout.
2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the garlic in sheets.
3. Heat a pan with oil and dora the garlic. Then add the sesame seeds and the pak choi, remove carefully and let the cabbage be brown for 3-4 minutes, turn carefully during cooking. Add the soy and kitchen sauce 1-2 more minutes.
