Guacamole stuffed tomato recipe

Ingredients to make guacamole stuffed tomatoes:
6 units of large red tomatoes
150 grams of fresh cheese
2 units of large avocado creamy
1 white onion unit girl
1 pinch of sauce tabasco
1 lemon unit
1 pinch of chopped coriander
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make guacamole stuffed tomatoes:

1. The first step to make these tomatoes stuffed with guacamole is to wash the tomatoes. Then, with a sharp knife we cut the upper part of each one, remove the heart and seeds using a spoon. We wash them again and put them on absorbent paper (face down) to drain, for 20 to 30 minutes. Then we proceed to salt and pepper them.

2. Meanwhile, we prepare the guacamole with cheese. To do this, we chop the avocados, remove the pulp from the inside, place it in a container and crush it to create a kind of puree. To crush it we can use a fork.

3. Next, we finely cut the onion and tomato and add it to that avocado puree. Then, we incorporate a few droplets of lemon juice, a pinch of chopped coriander, a few drops of tabasco or finely chopped pepper and mix. Finally, add the chopped cheese and salt to taste if we consider it necessary.

4. We proceed to fill the tomatoes with the guacamole, very carefully. We keep them in the fridge to serve and ready! You can serve these delicious tomatoes filled with incoming guacamole accompanied by a water and chicken salad for example.
