Guacamole recipe without tomato or onion

On this occasion I come to recipesgratis with a basic guacamole recipe without tomato or onion. The easiest way to prepare this delicious avocado cream that has become so famous throughout the world. A few months ago I brought you an original Guacamole recipe with delicious and ideal Granada to take out as an appetizer or at a pecking dinner. This recipe, however, I like more to mix with other things such as wraps with chicken or legumes, to make toast, etc … even so, as dip or cream with simple Mexican nachos is also fantastic. This guacamole without onion or tomato has a great aroma of coriander and a fantastic consistency, and is done in a minute. In my house there is never missing 🙂

Ingredients to make guacamole without tomato or onion:

1. For this basic homemade guacamole I especially like that the avocados are very mature. Real soft! 🙂 If they have a very black part, we remove it. We empty all the meat and put it in a bowl.

2. With a fork or a utensil to puree, we crush them well.

3. We chop the coriander (it is not necessary if we then go through the blender, but I like to do so to let go of aroma) and we incorporate it into the bowl along with the lemon juice and the salt to taste.

4. We beat well until you obtain the desired consistency in the soft guacamole. It is not necessary to beat. Many people like to be larger pieces. If it is more pecking like when I prepare the guacamole with Granada I like not to beat it, but if I do this basic recipe, especially thinking of using it on Wraps or on bread, I like to beat it and get a very creamy consistency. That to your liking.

5. When we have the guacamole ready without tomato or onion we keep it in the fridge until a little before eating it, when we will take it out about 20 minutes before to be tempering. And whatever you accompany it, it looks great! If you enter my blog target = _blank rel = NOFOLWMINs cooking you will discover many more recipes to prepare simple but tasty dishes.
