Ingredients to make guacamole with Thermomix:

1. We start by enlisting all ingredients. Then, from the coriander we will use only the leaves, nothing from the stem. The onion must be chopped, the Tabasco sauce is optional and the avocado retains the bone, since it will help us keep the guacamole fresh and not oxidize so fast.

2. We place the coriander leaves in the glass and chop programming for 3 seconds at speed 5. Next, we incorporate the onion together with the tomato and continue to cut, this time for 5 seconds with speed 4. Remove and reserve.

3. Without the need to clean the glass, place the avocado inside with the lemon juice, salt and tabasco sauce. Mix everything programming for 5 seconds with speed 4. Check and correct the seasoning if necessary.

4. Now add the mincemeat we made in the second step to the glass and re-program for 10 seconds at speed 3. Place the guacamole in a bowl and put inside the avocados bone.

5. Your guacamole is immediately served with Thermomix and enjoy accompanying some nachos or salty cookies. If you prefer you can also use it to prepare some rich sandwiches, following the chicken and avocado sandwich recipe. Guacamole can endure a few hours in the fridge, but for this you must spray a few drops of lemon juice and cover it with transparent film paper.
