Gratin Avocados Recipe

If you feel like surprising your guests with an original but easy to prepare you will love this recipe for gratin avocados. These are baked gratin avocados with cheese. You can use any type of cheese that melts, I have used the vegan cheese of anacardos whose recipe you can find in my recipe profile and in my blog.

Gratin avocados ingredients:
2 avocados
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
½ cup vegan cheese from anacardos
1 pinca of oregano

Gratin avocados ingredients:
