1. Cook the rice as you would normally: a cup of rice for two water with salt (and condiments) to taste.

8. Mix vegetables with rice, or put them in layers inside the zucchini. Once you have filled them up to the top, sprinkle some Vegan Parmesan cheese and put them to gratin in the oven at 180 ºC.
Trick: If you prefer the vegetarian version of this recipe, you can use normal Parmesan cheese.
