1 yam/taro, potato or white sweet potato
2 tablespoons of rallado parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of light cream cheese light
2 tablespoons of salt dessert (or to taste)

Ingredients to make cheese cauliflower:

1. In a large pot put 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to boil.





2. When the water is boiling, place the cauliflower into florets and cut the tuber into cooking rings.
