1. Start by cleaning the artichokes: we remove the outer green leaves until we find the yellow part. We peel the stem and the base of the artichoke with a knife, and cut the upper leaves in half, leaving the artichoke as we show you in the image.



Trick: Remember that you have to spray the artichokes with lemon juice so that they do not oxidize.





2. Cook the artichokes in abundant boiling water with a little salt for 10 minutes. After that time, we let it drain and cut them vertically.



Trick: When cooking the artichokes they lose their natural bitterness a bit.





3. We place the artichokes split in half on an oven source with a little olive oil. Next, we place the gouda cheese in pieces on each half (as we show in the image).





4. We add some breadcrumbs and put the artichokes stuffed with baked cheese to gratin (only heat up) until golden brown and the breadcrumbs are added.
