1 piece of whole cauliflower salsa tandoori or failing: 1 tablespoon of specia garam masala 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 piece of lemon (the juice ) 4 cloves of garlic 200 grams of Greek yogurt |

Ingredients to make scatfs:
1. To start preparing the tandoori dressing, we take a bowl and mix the Greek yogurt with crushed garlic, lemon juice, nutmeg, ginger powder, cumin, cinnamon and spice garam masala.
2. Once the previous ingredients have been integrated, we place the entire cauliflower in an oven tray and sprinkle it with a little olive oil. Then, we started painting it with the previous tandoori sauce. We preheat the oven to 190ºC.
3. We reserve the excess sauce to serve it separately in case any of the diners wants to add more. We can even prepare some baked ribs and accompany them with this Hindu style sauce.
4. Bake the cauliflower for 75 minutes. If we also want to cook the marinated ribs in the Tandoori sauce, we can place them in another tray and introduce it in the oven after the first 15 minutes. In this way, we cook the products at the same time.
5. After 75 minutes of cooking, open the oven and prick the cauliflower with a stick. It must be soft inside and crispy on the outside. If so, we can already withdraw it.
6. To accompany this tandoori cauliflower dish, we can prepare a basil sauce. To do it, we will place a generous wizard of basil in the blender glass, we completely cover with oil, a little Greek yogurt, a spoonful of honey and a pinch of salt.
