Cauliflower recipe with bechamel and ham

Ingredients to make cauliflower with bechamel and ham:

1. We have all the ingredients to have it easier.





2. We cut and clean the cauliflower. We heat salt water, add the cauliflower 15-20 minutes and reserve it.





3. Meanwhile we can cut the onion. We heat olive oil and brown it.





4. Before it is at its point, we add the ham in tacos and stir. If we put everything together from the beginning, the ham will be too dry.
