Ingredients to make cauliflower couscous:
1. To prepare the cauliflower couscous you will only need the fucks above, that is, its flowers, therefore you have to carefully separate each tall and extract the branch that unites them. In this way, it will be easier to get a grain similar to that of the semolina, which is traditionally used for Cous Cous. You can process it as it suits you, whether by scratching or chopping the flakes in the chopper without getting to undo it completely.
Trick: There are also those who spend a peel through cauliflower flakes and thus extract the grains for couscous.
2. Now you have to cook the already ground grains. They should not be done too much or will be very soft and the cuscous will not have the consistency of the real grain, so we recommend you to make them steamed or steamer, as long as they are then completely drained. In any way you prepare them, add a salt pin and a lemon splash. They will be in 5 minutes if you make them steamed and, if you prepare them in the microwave, you must leave them for about 3 minutes from the water.
