Ingredients to sauteed broccoli and mushrooms:
1. We crumble the broccoli in smaller bouquets, and we peel it and cut it into slices of 2 or 3 millimeters thick. In a casserole with water we boil the brocoli with its stem until they are soft. Then we drain them and reserve. We can also make steamed broccoli, in a fast pot or as we have habit.
2. While we cook the vegetable, we wash and clean the mushrooms under the water jet and laminate it. We peel the garlic and cut them into sheets too. Then we put some oil in a pan, take it to the fire and brown the garlic.
3. Add the mushrooms and skip them. We add a splash of white wine and let them cook.
4. When the wine has been reduced almost entirely we add the cooked and drained broccoli and the dry tomatoes.
Trick: If the dry tomatoes are very large you can make them pieces before adding them to the pan.
