Ingredients to make baked zucchini tortilla:
1. First of all, we are going to wash the zucchini well and dry them. We remove the two ends of the vegetables and undo them. We cut one of the zucchini (which is not very large) into fat slices, about 1 cm thick.
2. We put the tablespoon of oil in a wide pan and brown the slices of zucchini on the two sides over high heat. We reserve on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
3. We peel the garlic cloves and chop them. We reserve it.
4. The rest of the oven tortilla zucchini we split in half, we laminate them in several parts and make small small cubes with them.
5. We put the pan again where we had golden zucchini slices, it will not be necessary to add more oil. Once the pan is hot, add the chopped garlic and zucchini cubes. We add salt and pepper to taste.
