1. Before getting to work with this baked potato recipe you should know that the spices are to taste. If you prefer, you can replace the rosemary with parsley, for example, or include oregano to the list of ingredients. Let your imagination fly and select those aromatic spices that you like most!
Trick: Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in slices of the same thickness and place them on a tray. I have opted for a medium-fine thickness, why? Very easy. If we cut the thicker potatoes it will take longer to get in the oven, and look for an easy and fast recipe! Sprinkle salt, pepper, spices selected to taste and pour a generous oil stream. If you prefer to remove oil to make the recipe healthier, you can choose to add half a glass of water to obtain more juicy potatoes. Of course, cooking time may last a little.
Trick: You can also use broth instead of water. And in case of cutting the thick potatoes, add a whole vessel the place of medium.
3. Bake the potatoes for 30-35 minutes, depending on the power of your oven it will take more or less time. I keep the temperature to 200ºC but, if you prefer, you can lower it to 180ºC.
