Ingredients to make baked potatoes with Parmesan cheese and garlic:
1. The first step to make the baked potato recipe is to enlist the ingredients.
2. Lave the potatoes very well and cut them along as if you were to cook them fried. Even if you have to cut them along you should know that you have not to do it in strips, but in helmets, as shown in the photograph.
3. In a bowl add the potatoes with chopped parsley, garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste. Mix very well until the ingredients are integrated.
4. Add sunflower oil, white wine and Parmesan cheese. Mix again so that the ingredients are well distributed throughout the preparation.
5. A refractory with butter and add the potatoes of the previous step. They must be well impregnated with the ingredients that you incorporated into the bowl.
6. Cover the refractory with a little aluminum foil so that the potatoes are well cooked. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and, when hot, bake the potatoes for 30 minutes with the foil. Then, remove the paper and bake for 15 more minutes so that they are well crispy.
7. Serve the roasted potatoes with hot Parmesan cheese and garlic. You will see that the result is very crispy potatoes and with a lot of flavor, ideal to accompany a grilled chicken breast or a veal fillet.
