Ingredients to make baked potatoes with chimichurri:
1. Before making the potatoes to the baking fries, the first step is to enlist all the ingredients.
2. In a silicone mat or a tray with baking paper, dispose of potatoes and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Add a water jet, oil and cook at 180ºC, for 35 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, to make the Chimichurri, crush the parsley and garlic until you get a very fine homogeneous mixture.
4. In a bowl add the previous mixture, the oil, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.
