Ingredients to make baked cauliflower with vegan bechamel:

1. We put a pot with plenty of water and a pinch of salt and we take it to a boil. We wash the cauliflower well and leave it in bars as with their hands or cut the stems. Once the water boils, we add a handful of cauliflower branches and scald them for a couple of minutes (then they will end up in the oven).
