1. We put a pot with water and a splash of oil to heat over high heat. When it starts to boil, we lower the heat halfway and cook the cauliflower. In general, cauliflower usually takes between 15 and 20 minutes to cook, so you should be attentive to prevent cooking. When it is, drain it and place it in an oven source.
