Ingredients to make baked broccoli pancakes:
1. To prepare our baked broccoli pancol, we drain and chop the broccoli. We also preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2. In a saucepan with a tablespoon of salt and enough cold water that covers it, cook the broccoli over medium heat until it breaks boil.
