1 liter of water.

Ingredients to make artichokes with vegetables:

1. The day before eating this exquisite vegan recipe, prepares the vegetable gardener. To do this, it boils the half liter of water with a pinch of salt, apple vinegar and sugar. While hot, cut the vegetables into slices of 0.5 cm and, then, in long and thin or rhombus triangles.
