1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to enlist all ingredients. Always use fresh products.
2. Wash the chard very well and with a knife separate the stems from the green leaves.
3. In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the stems cut into small pieces, until they are soft, approximately 15 minutes.
