Ingredients to make Aliñás potatoes:
1. The first step to make the Aliñás potato recipe is to prealist the ingredients.
2. To cook the potatoes we can do it in two ways. The first and most popular for the preparation of Aliñás potatoes is to cook them whole, without peeling, and covered with water with a spoonful of thick salt. The second, simpler and also valid, is peeling the potatoes and cutting them into medium paintings. We will do it in this way.
3. Takes the potatoes to a Honda pot with enough water that covers them and cooks until they are soft. Remove from heat and reserve. If you opt to cook them without peeling, you must leave them on the fire for approximately 20 minutes. When they are, leave them in the water but out of the fire, wait about 30 minutes, check them out and let them cool to be able to peel them.
4. It carries a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, add the white onion in small paintings and jump. You can use white onion or onion, both options are valid.
5. If we want to obtain some potatoes with a crispy touch, add them to the pan where we have the onion and doralas. The traditional recipe does not perform this step, so it is totally optional.
6. Add some garlic pasta to taste if you want, if you can skip this step. Once our potatoes are brown, add the balsamic or Jerez vinegar so that the acid of this is impregnated in our recipe. If you decided not to brown the potatoes, you must place them in a fountain along with the sauteed onion and add the vinegar there.
7. Once the fluid of the vinegar that we add we observe that it is impregnated in the recipe is evaporated and we add the fresh basil, thyme and parsley. Let our potatoes brown for a few more minutes and remove from heat. Remember that if you did not want to brown them, you must add these ingredients without going through the pan, directly to the source where we have the potatoes with Jerezs vinegar. Add a splash of oil.
8. Serve the Aliñás potatoes adding, if you want, a little additional vinegar. They have really been incredible, because the combination of vinegar with spices gives our recipe a very special touch. You can accompany them with brave sauce, or the one you like best. If you want more recipes with vegetables and have any comments or restlessness, write us. Enjoy!
