Ingredients to make a rooster to the wine: |
For 4 people :: 1 roosters of 1 kg. Weight 125 gr. from flour salt pepper 6 slices of bacon 6 French chives 200 gr. of mushrooms cut into slices 4 carrots cut into two 2 chopped nabos 4 glasses of red wine 1 clove of garlic thyme 1 laurel leaf perejil. |
Ingredients to make a rooster to the wine:
2. Salpimentar and flour it.
3. In a large pan, fry the bacon until it is crispy.
4. Remove it.
5. Brown the rooster in the fat of the bacon, add the onions, the turnips, the carrots and the mushrooms.
6. Cook everything with the broth, the wine and the other condiments.
7. Then add the chopped bacon.
8. Cover the pan and cook over low heat 1 hour and until the rooster is tender.
