Vegetarian chickpea recipe

Ingredients to make vegetarian chickpeas:
400 gr. of chickpeas (soaked from the previous night)
2 onions
1 carria
1/2 Calabacín
3 tomatoes
3 potatoes cut into cubes
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of paprika
4 twigs of coriander
salt
pepper
pep

Ingredients to make vegetarian chickpeas:

2. Cook the chickpeas in plenty of water with salt. Lets have in mind that the water will be reduced a lot, we will put more or less amount, if we want more or less broth at the end of cooking.





3. Cut the carrot, zucchini and tomatoes into small cubes. The garlic and onions finely chop them.





4. Prepare a stir-fry with onions, garlic and tomato.Condimentar with salt, pepper and paprika.





5. When the chickpeas begin to soften, after approximately 20 minutes, add the carrots and zucchini. Take again and let cook for 10 more minutes.





6. Incorporate potatoes and sauce.Mazclar, cover and let cook until the potatoes are tender, but not undone. If you like to add some sprigs of coriander.





7. Serve and enjoy hot!
