1 chopped turkey 1 l. of broth (made with spoils) pepper 1 tablespoon of flour saffron salt albóndigas :: morcón longaniza 1 pechuga of turkey pork loin blood of turkey piñones. |

2. Sauté the flour in the same oil.
3. Add the broth and a bit of crushed saffron.
4. Let cook until tender.
5. With the Morcón, the turkey breast, the sausage and the spine (all well chopped) together with the blood and the pine nuts, form some very small meatballs and add to the stew.
6. Cook 10 minutes.
7. This stew can be served accompanied by cooked and sauceed chickpeas in the same sauce.
