Stole and peas sepia recipe

We clean and chop the sepia into regular pieces.

Ingredients to make sepia stewed with potatoes and peas:
For 4 people ::
1 kilo of sepia.
Half kilo of potatoes.
1 onion.
200 g of peas.
3 tomatoes.
Salt. .
Sweet paprika.
1 dl of olive oil.
2 garlic cloves.
A parsley bouquet.

Ingredients to make sepia stewed with potatoes and peas:

2. We chop the onion in Brunoise (fine minced) together with the tomato also minced and put them to fry in a casserole with a few tablespoons of olive oil.

3. When onion and tomato have softened, we add to the casserole the sepia along with wine, bay leaf and paprika.

4. We remove the set, cover the casserole and let it cook until the sepia this cooked medium; about 15 minutes.

5. Below we peel the potatoes and chop them as to stew.

6. Add the potatoes to the Guisado de la sepia and cover the potatoes with cold water.

7. Let cook about 30 minutes over low heat.

8. Meanwhile, we chop the garlic and parsley.

9. We finally add garlic and parsley along with peas and cook the entire set 5 minutes.
